1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Buyer", or "Seller") and Escrow24x7.com ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or initiating any transaction on Escrow24x7.com, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must immediately cease accessing the website and refrain from using our escrow services.

2. Escrow Services & Platform Role

Escrow24x7.com acts solely as a secure, neutral third-party escrow intermediary for digital asset transactions, including domains, websites, software code, online businesses, and digital goods.

• Holding of Funds: Upon Buyer deposit via UPI, PayPal, or accepted payment gateways, funds are securely retained in escrow until the inspection period concludes or mutual confirmation is received.
• Delivery Verification: The Seller is responsible for delivering the exact asset as specified in the transaction agreement.
• Release Authority: Funds are released to the Seller only after the Buyer approves the delivery or the designated inspection period expires without a valid dispute.

3. Limitation of Liability & Owner Protection

By using Escrow24x7.com, you explicitly agree that:

• No Warranty of Asset Quality: Escrow24x7.com does not inspect, guarantee, or endorse the quality, legality, authenticity, or commercial viability of any domain, website, code, or product sold by users.
• No Liability for User Fraud or Misrepresentation: The platform owner is not liable for any misrepresentation, breach of contract, or unlawful actions committed by any Buyer or Seller.
• Cap on Damages: In the event of any proven technical fault or administrative error by Escrow24x7.com, our total aggregate liability shall never exceed the net escrow fee (2%) earned by us on that specific transaction.

4. Pricing & Fees

Escrow24x7.com charges a transparent, flat 2% escrow fee per transaction. There are no hidden monthly fees or signup costs.

The 2% fee may be paid entirely by the Buyer, entirely by the Seller, or split equally (1% each), as agreed upon during transaction creation. Any third-party payment gateway or currency conversion charges applied by UPI or PayPal are separate from our escrow fee.

5. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If a dispute arises during the inspection period, either party may raise an official dispute through their dashboard. Upon dispute initiation:

1. Escrow funds remain frozen in trust until resolution.
2. Our dispute resolution team will examine submitted evidence, communication logs, transfer records, and agreements.
3. Users agree to abide by the binding determination made by the Escrow24x7 arbitration panel. The platform owner is indemnified from any claim arising from a good-faith arbitration ruling.

6. Prohibited Transactions

You are strictly prohibited from using Escrow24x7.com for any illegal activities, money laundering, counterfeit products, unauthorized personal data sales, copyrighted piracy, or illicit substances. We reserve the right to freeze transactions and report suspicious activities to regulatory authorities.

7. Indemnification of Website Owner

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Escrow24x7.com, its owners, operators, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, or costs arising out of your violation of these Terms, your transaction disputes, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
